Postal Charges within Australia

Happy Guru dispatch within 24 hours
of received payment. If for any reason the goods ordered are unable to be shipped within a maximum of 24 hours - you will be contacted and advised of the reason for delay. Happy Guru proudly partner with Australia Post for most customer deliveries, except items of a larger weight and/or dimension, which are sent via a courier service.
Please allow 1 to 7 working days for deliveries within Australia.
Happy Guru is able to deliver your items to your Home, Work or P.O. Box address. Our dispatch of goods goes through an Australia Post business-mailing centre, which means a faster delivery to you.
Payment methods that we accept are: PayPal, Direct Deposit, Personal Cheque & Money Order.
BPay and Credit Cards will be available in the near future. Credit payments (such as PayPal) are processed & confirmed at the point of sale. Some online payments (such as Bank Deposits - EFT) usually take 24 hours to clear, or overnight.
Insurance is optional.
Happy Guru takes great pride in the way we securely pack your Guru goods. However, in transit of your parcel, sadly things can and do go wrong. Taking out insurance to cover potential loss is the best safeguard against stolen or broken goods in transit. The cost of insurance per order will be $10.00 per $100 worth of goods - plus $5.00 for every additional $100 worth of goods (excluding cost of postage). If insurance is not applied to an order - Happy Guru will accept no liability for stolen or broken goods. In the event that insurance claims are required to be made – these are to be taken up with Australia Post.

International Destinations
Postal Charges for International destinations

All exported items have insurance by default included in your postal charges. However, there is an option at check out for you to delete this. In the instance where you delete the insurance option - Happy Guru cannot be liable for damaged or missing goods in transit. No insurance is available for deliveries to Canada.

International – Import Duty & Taxes
Happy Guru is not liable for customer import taxes when delivery receipt is outside Australia. Please check with your local import authority for importing classifications if you are unsure about your local laws.
International – Wholesale (Freight Duty & Taxes)
Happy Guru can supply from the Sydney shipping port for supply to our international wholesale customers. Our terms are EXW (Ex Works).
General Shipping & Returns Information
Domestic & International
Receipts
A receipt will be sent to you via your nominated email address upon completion of payment processing. Your invoice will include your purchase order number, product itemisation and payment receipt & delivery address details including any special notes made by you related to your order.
Payment Notification
When a payment has been processed by our accounts department, an e-mail will be sent to you to advise that the order is now in the queue of our dispatch team where it is then ready for dispatch handling and preparation.
Dispatch Notification
As soon as your parcel has been prepared for dispatch and is awaiting pick-up by our partners at Australia Post, you will be notified via e-mail by our package and dispatch team to say that this is now the status of your order.
Mobile Text Notification
In addition to your e-mail from our package and dispatch team, if you have provided your mobile number as a telephone contact detail in your account information – you will also receive an SMS Text on your mobile to advise you of the pending dispatch.
Returns & Refunds
If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you’re welcome to return the purchase within the specified time frame of 7 days. If you need to return a purchase to Happy Guru for a refund - prior authorisation must be issued form Happy Guru. Happy Guru does not accept goods without prior arrangement. The customer will cover the costs of return post to Happy Guru. A handling fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund total. Happy Guru is not liable for lost or damaged goods in return freight. Goods marked or damaged in any way are considered non-refundable.
Electrical
Returns will be authorised in light of warranty replacement guidelines as set out for that product by the manufacturer warranty.
Happy Guru can not accept liability for faulty product where:
- the product has not been properly operated and maintained in accordance with instructions issued by the manufacturer
- the product has been repaired, or has had changes made to it, by anyone other than an authorised agent of the manufacturer
- the product has been subjected to: excessive force; tampering; incorrect electrical charge; an electrostatic discharge (ESD); or any warranty void sticker on the product has been removed
- the damage is due to: food or liquid spills; immersion in liquid; excessive temperature or humidity
- the damage is due to normal wear and tear
- The purchaser is responsible for returning the product to a location specified by Happy Guru for repair.
