The word Happy mostly implies elation of spirit with good feelings, sometimes with laughter or even with tears. In some cultures, the word Happy means something very different again. A Western culture's notion of 'Happy' is different in meaning from some Eastern culture's. Parts of Eastern culture and religion talk about Happy as a source for aligning your spirit - creating a space that is calm, centred and relaxed within; allowing peace to prevail through the conscious spirit. The easiest way to achieve 'Happy' in this definition is through spending quiet time with yourself everyday to gather thoughts and centre your soul - take deep breaths and switch-off your mind.
"Happy" is a knowing; how you reflect with the world. Happy Guru's enjoy goodness for others to enjoy. That sensation is a vibration.

Traditionally, the word Guru implies someone with spiritual knowledge or has spiritual attainments of Guru proportions. Gurus are usually a Master of 'thought' or 'practise' in a religious realm - a Guru is generally of Indian or Hindu origin.
Quite often you will hear a more lucid use of the word Guru. People will often say that someone is a Guru Cook or a Guru Gardener.

Get to any Aussie beach. Any one at all will do. Bury your feet in the sand. Build a sand castle in the clouds of your mind - release your energies into the salt water breeze with three claps of your hands.
The Outback of Australia
Put on a singlet and head for the Bush - The Outback. When you've arrived at about Uluru in the Northern Territory, you will have travelled a long way. You don't have to go quite as far as Uluru, but you can. This Rock is sacred ground.

You can save yourself time and do the above in your mind. You'll get nearly the same sense. Just think landscape - colours - Bangkok nightscape - white washed sandy shores - red ochre soils of the desert.
