Do you believe in reincarnation? Yes or No - it doesn't matter. This isn't a theology exam. For Happy Guru, the concept of reincarnation is so appealing and believable. People all around the world believe in reincarnation. There are many variations on reincarnation. Buddhists, Hindus and even some ancient Greek philosophy all make reference to the phenomena of rebirth of a form. With all reincarnations there is a constant - sameness. Be it through the soul or form that is transported to another embodiment or another life force, the constant has a relationship to its prior state. Even identical twins have their own distinguishable characteristics. Even if they look and act the same - they're different to one another. Under a microscope, everything looks different. No matter how many onionskins you dissect, they're all unique in their own special onion way.
In the material world of Pop culture and especially in Pop Art, replication and reproduction is a common thread to the art form and its' subjects.
