Banana Bread

Preparation time: 15 minutes or less
This is a delicious bread to have at breakfast time, toasted with butter and honey.

Ingredients
90 g butter 

½ cup caster sugar 

2 eggs 

1 teaspoon vanilla 

2 cups plain flour 

2 teaspoons baking powder 

3 medium, ripe bananas

Method
1. Grease and line a loaf tin and preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth.
3. Spoon the mixture into the prepared loaf tin and bake for 1 hour.

Recipe notes
Serve warm or toasted.
