Basil, is That you Pesto?

This is gorgeous. What a beautiful fresh dish to have all year round. I love making this for lunch on a Sunday. I hope you love it. Duncan. :-)

Recipe for Basil Pesto on Pasta

Finely grind or process 1/2 cup pine nuts with 1 cup grated parmesan cheese and 1/3 cup fresh basil.
Add 1/3 cup olive oil, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Process until well combined.

Toss through hot pasta and serve.

Oh - Just a quick note. Don’t crush all your pine nuts, use some for garnish. Lightly toasted pine nuts are heavenly.
